- 01Soho is perfectly positioned along the Yarra River in the heart of Southbank, located at 2/4 Riverside Quay, Southbank.
- 02The closest parking options are: Wilson Parking Riverside Quay at 2 Riverside Quay, Southbank Wilson Parking Southgate on Southgate Avenue, Southbank Wilson Parking Eureka at 70 City Road, Southbank
- 03Soho is within walking distance of Flinders Street Station. Simply cross the Evan Walker Bridge towards Southbank Promenade. A number of tram lines also service the area.
- 04For the most direct access, request drop‑off at Pocket Espresso, 2 Riverside Quay. With Pocket Espresso on your right, walk down the laneway, take your first left and Soho will be on your right. Alternatively, you may request drop‑off at the front of Eureka Tower, cross the road and head toward Southbank Promenade.
- 05Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 10pm Friday from 8:00am to 1am Saturday from 8:00am to 1am Sunday from 8:00am to 12am
- 06Yes, walk ins are welcome whenever possible. However, we strongly recommend making a reservation, particularly during peak periods, to avoid disappointment.
- 07Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- 08While every effort is made to accommodate seating preferences, all table and area requests are subject to availability unless the space has been exclusively booked as part of a function.
- 09Standard dining and drinks bookings are generally allocated a two hour sitting. If you wish to stay on after your booking, please us know when you book or let your host know upon arrival. Subject to availability and upcoming reservations, you may be able to remain at your table or be moved to another area with a combination of seated and standing space.
- 10Soho upholds a smart‑casual dress standard. We ask guests to present neatly and in a manner that complements the style of the venue. Attire that is overly casual, unsuitable for a dining environment, or detracts from the atmosphere may not be permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, active or sportswear, ripped or excessively worn clothing, items featuring offensive language or imagery, heavy‑duty workwear or footwear, and untidy or inappropriate shoes. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion where dress standards, presentation, or behaviour are considered inappropriate.
- 11Underage guests are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. Alcohol consumption by underage guests is strictly prohibited. Underage guests may dine with a responsible adult but may not remain in bar areas and must depart the venue by 11pm.
- 12Smoking is permitted in the Laneway only, after the final dinner sitting.
- 13Dogs are welcome in the Laneway during daytime service only.
- 14Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own celebration cake. Cakes can be stored by our team prior to service, and a cakeage fee of $3 per person applies. Please ensure cakes are clearly labelled with the booking name and our team are advised of any storage instructions.
- 15Soho is a fully licensed venue and does not permit BYO food or beverages.
- 16We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible. While every effort is made, due to the nature of our kitchen operations, we cannot guarantee any menu item is completely free from allergens. Please advise your host upon arrival of any dietary needs so our team can guide you through suitable options.
- 17From Monday to Thursday and on Sundays, QR ordering is available for bar snacks only. On Fridays and Saturdays, QR ordering is available for drinks only inside the venue, with bar snacks available in the Laneway. Full meals are not available via QR ordering.
- 18No, Soho does not offer takeaway.
- 19Soho features DJs on Friday and Saturday nights, with live music on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and occasional performances on Thursdays.
- 20Music programming can vary and includes party favourites, R&B, house, Afro house and EDM.
- 21Yes, Soho is wheelchair accessible. If a guest in your booking requires wheelchair access, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance so we can allocate a suitable table or area.
- 22Unfortunately, we do not provide high chairs. Guests are welcome to bring a booster seat if required.
- 23Soho is well equipped for Melbourne’s changing conditions, with fully enclosed indoor dining, a Terrace featuring retractable roofing, and a partially undercover Laneway. Heaters are available during cooler months, and cooling misters operate on the Terrace during warmer weather.
- 24We kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. A no show fee of $35 per person applies and will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking if the reservation is not honoured or cancelled within the required notice period.
- 25We accept all major payment methods, including American Express.
